Please note that, due to recent heavy rainfall which has affected the grounds at Pirbright, we have been advised that the following parking arrangements will apply…

We are allowed to park in the Hall car park, as usual, and on the hard standing in Avenue de Cagney, which is the road that runs behind the Hall.  People can park on the road along Avenue de Cagney, and also along the A324 which runs alongside the Hall, although this will be at the owner’s own risk because of the amount of traffic that uses that road.  The grassed area on Avenue de Cagney to be roped off and strictly out of bounds for any motor vehicles.

If any of you know anyone who is coming to the show that is disabled, please can you let Gina Salisbury know so that we can save some places in the Hall car park.

Visitors to the show and Spectator Dogs:

Pirbright Village Hall and green is a public space and therefore is open to any member of the public and their dog.  SDA welcomes visitors to the show who may wish to bring their Dachshund.  Please only bring dogs over the age of 3 months that have been fully vaccinated and register them as Spectator Dogs with the Secretary when you arrive.
